icco.in is a platform that lists events from independent Organisers. Refunds are subject to the following rules and the individual Organiser's policy where applicable.
For free events, no payment is exchanged at booking, so no refund applies. Attendees may cancel their booking from the "My Bookings" page up to the event start time. We encourage cancellation if you cannot attend, so the seat can be released for others.
The following will apply once paid bookings are enabled on the Platform:
Approved refunds (when payments are introduced) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. The actual time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a dispute regarding a booking or refund, please contact the Organiser first (their details are on the event page). If unresolved within 7 days, contact us at support@icco.in and we will attempt to mediate. icco.in is an intermediary and does not unilaterally process refunds for disputes between Attendees and Organisers.
Events cancelled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, etc.) are subject to the Organiser's discretion regarding refunds. icco.in is not liable for losses arising from such cancellations.
